  26.          One note about the difference between the commercial and
  27.          non-commercial (personal) registration: non-commercial (personal)
  28.          registrations are ONLY for individuals who run a BBS as a HOBBY.
  29.          Registrations for all other BBSs require a commercial
  30.          registration.  Commercial registration prices are EXCLUDING local
  31.          taxes (VAT/TVA/BTW/...)

  33.          To register, print the registration form REGFORM.TXT, fill it out,
  34.          and send it together with your payment to one of the registration
  35.          sites listed in the manual.

  37.          If you want to register by transferring money to any of the
  38.          ProBoard accounts in Europe, be certain you don't forget to mail a
  39.          registration form to the address listed along with the account
  40.          number, or you can upload/FAX it to the registration site for your
  41.          area.  We can not and will not be responsible for any money
  42.          received without a registration form.
